R3 Event: Northeast Date: November 5-6 Facilitators: Margot Carleton & Chris Scheidel Location: Sheraton Four Points, Norwood, MA Cost: $400 How we work is changing fast. So being able to work in ways that are effective and rewarding is important. As a leader, being able to acknowledge your strengths and your team’s strengths and positioning people effectively increases engagement and reduces burnout. This fall, R3 the Northeast will explore what it means to lead a team in this accelerated technical environment. The shifts in the tools we use are a given and have always been changing. What we want to discuss and possibly wrestle with is how to look at work through different lenses and think about how we position ourselves and our team. How do we navigate the business shifts and requests when we don’t always have the answers? What skills do we have that we need to lean into?
We are curating the media to be used for this session so if you have a suggestion, please let us know!
The beauty of an R3 is that with a room full of RLF Graduates the conversations are honest and thoughtful, the learning is shared, and peer connections are developed. ------- R3 events are intentionally designed to be reflective, practical, and highly interactive. While each gathering may have its own theme, focus, or set of materials, every R3 experience is grounded in the same purpose: helping alumni recharge their energy, renew their perspective, and reach toward what comes next in their leadership. Participants can expect guided discussion, peer connection, personal reflection, and practical insights they can carry back into their work, relationships, and communities.
